(“ONYX”) is pleased to announce that we have been formally engaged as the exclusive sales agent for Optronic ABC, LLC (referred to hereafter as “Optronic”) to market and sell the company’s assets. The offering includes, but isn’t limited to, the three main brands owned and operated by Optronic: Orion Telescopes & Binoculars, Meade Instruments and Coronado Solar Telescopes, and their associated intellectual property, inventory and other assets.
