Onyx Asset Advisors, LLC is actively seeking interested buyers for the assets and facilities of Kelham Vineyards. Assets include Inventory, Fixed Assets, Intellectual Property, Claims, and Leased/Improvements with a  (contested) legal path to outright ownership of the 10± Acres*.  This is a contested short-term leasehold interest with similarly contested legal path to ownership.  All rights in leased real property and improvements are subject to further court determination.
