Onyx Asset Advisors, LLC is actively seeking interested buyers for the selected assets of Kelham Vineyards. Assets include Finished Case Goods Inventory, Intellectual Property, Selected Fixed Assets, and Leased/Improvements with a contested legal path to ownership of the 10± Acres*.  

This is based on  a contested short-term Lease which provides: “Upon termination [of the disputed Lease], the Landlord shall purchase the improvements from the Tenant [Debtor] or transfer the winery parcel . . . to Tenant [for fair market value].” All rights and remedies under or related to the Lease are subject to ongoing litigation and further court determination.
