ONYX offered an overbid opportunity for rights under a contested lease that included a right to purchase Winery property with discount for value of improvements. Qualified bid was accepted, with the sale approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and completed in June 2025. The Winery property, in the heart of Napa Valley and surrounded by world-renowned Napa wineries, included 10.9± picturesque acres, with 6± acres of premium vineyards, a 12,000+ square foot state-of-the-art production facility, 2,000+ square foot event venue, and a 1,200+ square foot tasting room.
